About the Speaker
Amb PS Raghavan until recently was the Chairman of the National Security Advisory Board (NSAB), Government of India. He joined the Indian Foreign Service in 1979 and served in different diplomatic assignments in USSR, Poland, United Kingdom, Sudan, Vietnam and South Africa. He was also India's ambassador to the Czech Republic, Ireland and Russia. He also served as Secretary (Economic Relations) in the MEA. He was appointed to the NSAB after his retirement from the Foreign Service in 2016.

Amb Raghavan holds a graduate degree in Physics and an engineering degree in Electronics and Communications
